Terms & Conditions

All the prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to change without notice. We always try to assure of accuracy however Hair Bian Ltd cannot be held responsible for typographical or photo error on our web site or on any other print or digital media and or publication.

 

Scheduling an appointment.

To Schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance.

Arrival time

Please allow enough time before your treatment to complete a salon Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 10 mins before your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the salon facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Cancellation policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to other customers. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. If you did not provide us with a 24 hours cancelation request.

Then we hold the right to charge 75% of your treatment invoice. We at Hair Bian understand that emergencies can occur so please notify us at your earliest opportunity to enable our reservation team to reschedule your booking.

Salon etiquette

Our salon environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all guest’s right to privacy and serenity.

Health conditions

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. Please let us know if you are pregnant or nursing mother when booking your appointment.

Gift vouchers

Gift voucher available at reception. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift voucher are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Vouchers can be used for treatments only and cannot be used for any over the counter product purchase including Dermalogica. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers can be used for the treatments available in the salon at the time of using the voucher.

Homecare

To continue experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available to purchase at reception. Please follow the after care provided by our team to ensure best results are achieved.

Valuables

Hair Bian Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss of any item or property including valuables and jewellery at any time in the Hair Bian Ltd premises. All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for one month, if they are not collected within this time it will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only.

Prices

All the prices are correct at the time of posting Hair Bian Ltd website. All Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time without notice. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.

Eyelash extension

We take all care and use all our expertise to do eyelash extension however we cannot guarantee how long they will last as it depends on the individuals after care. We will give you tips and suggestion for lashes home care.  We only suggest how long your eyelash extension could last. All your feedback is welcomed about the treatment. We do not provide refunds if eyelash extension does not last long. Any refill will always be chargeable.

Treatments (Brow, Massages, nails, pedicure, facials and body treatments)

We at Hair Bian, take extreme care on providing any of our treatments. Hair Bian takes full measures to ensure our staff are trained to the highest of standards in which we aim it reflects on our reputation. We cannot be held liable for individuals who develop a reaction, redness, itchiness or discomfort after or during any of our treatments. We will ask you to sign a disclaimer before any treatment which will outline any risks. We do ask you to notify your therapist of any signs of discomfort during your treatment to analyse reasons for your complain and continue with your treatment using other methods.

Hair Extensions

We specialise in Hair extensions. Our company director at Hair Bian has travelled the world to find the ultimate hair extensions that are from real donors. Hair Bian gives 100% promise of our Hair Extension quality (we put our name on it). We will only provide the service once a consultation has been booked to go through the health check, hair menu, amount of hair and texture. We at Hair Bian will provide customers an after-care leaflet to take home and look after their gorgeous hair. Our staff will advise you to purchase Hair Bian hair products to care for your new hair. Our signature Hair care products will ensure your extensions last long and are tangle free. We are not liable for any misuse, the use of other products, the use of oils that can ruin the attachments, breakage from not following instructions and loss of hair extensions. It is natural that hair extensions through time will start to shed or come out. Please do not panic this is normal due to our own hair producing natural oils. Hair Bian takes no responsibility for any Hair loss, Hair extension damage from hair colouring, Chlorine, sun and leaving your extensions wet for long periods.

Loyalty Card

Loyalty card holders receive discounted rates on various treatments as well as a free treatment sent to your email for when you have completed your loyalty card. Please ask staff for more information.

Zero tolerance 

At Hair Bian Ltd we take equality and diversity very seriously and we will not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment towards our staff. Management can stop or refuse to carry out any treatments for those who refuse to abide by our salons policies.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards in our salon. All card transactions are subject to 50p transaction charge. If booking online, we also accept PayPal and pay by link. When booking online a payment link will list your treatments and the total cost. You will receive a payment receipt by email to confirm your booking.

Refund

We do not offer refund for any completed services (If you have any issues please raise it before we finalise the treatment). If you feel that you are not being served as you would like, please let us know while we are serving you so that we can help you better and make sure you get the desired results, However if you are not completely satisfied with our service please do not hesitate to contact us.
